Dr Pedro Ruiz was awarded “Honorary Fellowship” from the Royal College of Psychiatrists during this year’s RCP Annual Meeting held in Brighton, England on 6/28-7/1/11. Dr Ruiz is currently President Elect of the World Psychiatric Association (WPA). In this photo, Dr Ruiz is receiving the Honorary Fellowship certificate from Dr Dinesh Bhugra.
