African Launch of the WPA-Lancet Commission: Time for United Action Against Depression

The World Psychiatric Association (WPA) Lancet Commission on Depression synthesised evidence from multiple contexts and developed action-oriented recommendations for a plethora of stakeholders. Join the African launch Commission, where the co-Chairs including Dr Dixon Chibanda will convey the key messages, while invited panelists will discuss and deliberate on the significance and implementation of these recommendations

Together Against Stigma: Evidence and Action

This webinar is prepared by the Stigma Section of the World Psychiatric Association. Each panel will feature 6 experts who will discuss key aspects of their work and interact with the audience using a question-and-answer format through a chat. The panelists have been engaged in developing and leading successful
anti-stigma programs in different parts of the world. Discussions will be of interest to anyone interested in
understanding the challenges and opportunities involved in successful anti-stigma work.
