A collaboration with Saarc Psychiatric Federation, the ‘Public mental health – Emotional wellness through digital means for the masses’ webinar took place on Wednesday 22nd July, 2023.
Mental health problems are the single cause of disability worldwide. Nearly a billion people (Including 14% of the world’s adolescents) around the world lived with a diagnosable mental disorder in 2019. This has increased even more due to COVID.
The webinar is focused on emotional wellness through digital means for diagnosis and how this impacts public mental health. The webinar was opened by Afzal Javed, WPA President and moderated by Dr Gautam Saha, President of Saarc Psychiatric Federation. The key speaker of this event was Dr Sandeep Vohra who is a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist & Psychotherapist, Founder Chairman & Director -No Worry No Tension Healthcare & Vohra Neuropsychiatry Centre Pvt Ltd. Dr Vohra is a pioneer in this field and explores this important issue whilst sharing his work along with key learnings.
Dr Vohra’s presentation is followed by a robust discussion with the following panelists:
