The nomination phase for the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) 2026 Elections closed on 26 March 2026, marking a key step ahead of the General Assembly. Member Societies worldwide submitted candidates for positions that will shape the WPA’s leadership for the 2026–2029 triennium.

The elections will take place on 26 September 2026 during the 26th World Congress of Psychiatry in Stockholm, Sweden.
Delegates will elect:
