World Psychiatry
World Psychiatry is the official journal of the WPA. Founded and edited by former WPA President (2008-2011)
and renowned Professor of Psychiatry, Mario Maj, the journal is now for the 10th consecutive year number 1
in the category of Psychiatry according to its impact factor. It is number 1 (of more than 3,000 journals)
in the Social Sciences Citation Index, and in the top 5 among all the journals in the Clinical Medicine category. It
has an impact factor* of 79.683. Now produced in ten languages, the journal is the most widely circulated in
the world among psychiatric journals, reaching more than 75,000 mental health professionals across the
globe.
